Here, there is no traditional employee handbook filled with policies and regulations.
Any policy and rules will tell you where the bottom line is, what score constitutes a pass, and it will only tell you how poorly you can perform before you are eliminated.
But that is not the standard we aim for with this employee handbook.

All operations are based on the assumption that we first assume everyone will do their job to the highest standard, to do the right thing;
Whether you trust us or even betray this trust and responsibility, we always believe that this is the wrong choice of a minority, we will not change our sincerity and trust because of this;

Communication
In Jingjing Ledao, anyone is allowed to communicate with anyone at any time, whether it's through WeChat, phone calls, or face-to-face meetings. We encourage one-on-one, direct communication to solve problems; beating around the bush, having someone else relay messages, self-doubt, and questioning others' intentions are all considered inefficient and can lead to additional problems; we strive for high standards and efficiency, and communication is no exception;
In Jingjing Ledao, if you want to communicate with anyone, you don't need anyone's permission or approval. You can communicate with your direct supervisor, with colleagues from other departments, or directly with the boss;
Anytime, anywhere, anyone, without approval, efficient dialogue, direct communication; to do the right thing, you have the obligation to communicate;
Job Responsibilities
Understanding what is expected of you is your responsibility.
Your supervisor should explain your duties and the company's expectations of you; if anything is unclear, you must communicate directly to clarify;
"Nobody told me" will never be an excuse.
Your first responsibility, and the responsibility of every employee, is to ensure the company's success. If you find an opportunity to improve our company's workflow, even if it exceeds your job scope, please communicate directly with the person in charge. You will not be held responsible for doing so, and on the contrary, correct, intelligent, and effective communication of your ideas will make you stand out and excel;
Your success is closely tied to Jingjingledao's success. Any brilliant ideas that are hidden in your mind will be meaningless unless you share and express them.
Objective and Feedback
We encourage you to discuss your performance and objectives with your supervisor during informal daily communications.
If you want feedback and suggestions from your supervisor, you should take the initiative to seek opportunities to ask.
Please do not wait for your supervisor to approach you for a conversation, or for the company to start the evaluation period, before you realize that the quality of your work is far below the high standards we desire;
The underlying logic of any decision
All our decisions follow a standard: efficiency, value demonstration.
Before execution, it is essential to understand every instruction and decision. Otherwise, please communicate directly with the relevant person beforehand.
When you have any doubts about any commission, instruction, or decision from the company, your supervisor, or colleagues, we hope you can first analyze the underlying logic and motivation. As we said before, to make people "delight in discussing," we are willing to rethink everything.
